You can modify your preference if you haven't locked it. In the JAC counseling process, there are four regular counseling rounds and one spot round. The students have the option to change their preferences in each round in accordance with the rules. When the JAC releases the counseling schedule, you'll have a chance to change or revise your college and branch choices. You can save your seat preference, and if needed, you can change it until the last date. Once you are sure of your preference, you can "lock" your choice. Based on this locked choice, JAC will allot you a college and branch for the B.Tech course.

If you are seriously interested in Design you shouldn't go there because it is not for design it is the worst college one can choose for design. there are students studying there with ranks up to 5,000 based on UCEED because obviously it is it has 80% reservation 80% reservation for Delhi students that makes it worse people who don't even know what design is a studying there so it is probably not a good place if you really want to make a career in design or else you'll just get out of the college with nothing in your hand don't waste your money in life there are better design colleges like MIT ID Pune Srishti Bangalore is Mumbai just c

According to the directions given by JAC for choice filling, you can edit your choices within the given time limit. The JAC announce the schedule for the counseling process, which included dates for choice filling and editing preferences. You can edit your choices only within this allotted time limit. Furthermore, you can only edit your selection if it has not been locked. Once you select the "locked choice" option, you cannot make any changes later on in any round. Therefore, if you are not sure about a choice, you can "save" it instead of locking it. Once you are sure about your choice, you can "lock" within the given time limit.
