GIBS Delhi refund rules are governed by rules as laid down by the AICTE. If a student withdraws admission after the date of commencement of course and the seat remains vacant, no fee is refunded.
The institute refunds the security deposit on completion of the course or on migration/withdrawal by applying for it. The institute may deduct cost of replacement on account of loss of library book/document or any fine imposed by the institute due to damage etc.

Candidates have to complete a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate to apply for GIBS Delhi MBA programme. Aspirants with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or any other subject with a minimum of 50% aggregate in aggregate or any qualification can also apply.
Aspirants who have passed the final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India can also apply.

There are a total of 60 seats in BA LLB (Hons) programme GIBS Delhi. Out of the total intake, 10% seats are for Management Quota. Out of the remaining 90%, 85% seats are reserved for Delhi candidates and 15% for outside Delhi candidates. The institute offers seats in BA LLB (Hons) course based on CLAT or CUET-UG score.
