The Faculty of Commerce and Business Studies (FCBS) at Manav Rachna University is one of the oldest departments of the university engaged in teaching and research in Commerce and Business Studies . The department provides undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programmes, including MCom, PhD, BBA, and BCom (Hons) . According to the Times BBA survey 2019, FCBS is among the Top 11 Private BBA colleges of India . However, I could not find any information on whether it is the best in Delhi.

The Jindal School of Public Health and Human Development in Delhi is well known for its academic programs in public health and related fields. It has a modern infrastructure, experienced faculty, and a focus on research. One must consider that it is a private college and not a government-affiliated one. Coming to the ranking, It is ranked at 951-1000 in QS World University Rankings 2024. One must also consider that The total tuition fee for the BBA program at Jindal Global University ranges between INR 16 Lakhs - INR 18 lakh. Thus, the word "best" depends on personal preferences.
