No, 428 marks in NEET 2024 is unlikely to be enough to get admission to a government medical college in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana for a BDS course. The NEET cut-off for government colleges in these states is higher than 428.

Whether to choose a BSc in Nursing or a BDS depends on your personal interests and career goals, however, BSc Nursing is a better choice if you want to explore a wider range of career options, global opportunities, and a focus on holistic patient care. BDS, on the other hand, would be better if you want to specialize in dentistry or eventually open your own practice.

With a NEET score of 272 you might find opportunities for BAMS or BDS in Telangana in private colleges with fees structure of Rs 2 Lacs per annum but securing a government college would be challenging for you. You can search for private institutes offering the same courses. There can be several colleges you might find suitable.
