The admission process for the MS programme is based on the NEET MS exam. The counseling for admission to the MS programme is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), New Delhi, and the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). Therefore, the number of seats available in each department for the MS programme may vary based on the results of the NEET MS exam and the subsequent counseling process. You may wish to visit the official website of CMC Vellore or contact the college directly for the most up-to-date information on the number of seats available in each department for the MS programme.

Hi I don't want to give you a false hope, believe me 175 marks is not a big thing. This score can't give you admission in any colleges. Although there are some private colleges which provide admission just by looking the NEET admit card.
