You have a fair chance of getting into a BDS government college with 420 NEET scores, especially if you fall into the SC group. Although cutoffs for BDS government colleges can change, candidates in the SC category often have lower cutoffs than those in other categories. For more exact information, check the college cut-off dates specifically.

With 420 NEET 2024 points and being in the SC category, you have a good chance of being admitted to a BDS government college under the UP state quota. Since the SC category cutoffs are usually lower, you could be able to get into one of the UP government colleges. For the most up-to-date information, it's crucial to keep an eye on counselling changes and college deadlines.
