At Boston University for their MPH courses, Indian students are awarded with 48 credits on-campus

It can take up to 5 years to complete the Master's in Public Health course from BU. It is to be noted that students on F1 visa are required to enroll full-time (12+ credits) every semester

Yes, Masters in Public Health can be considered a really good course to pursue as an international student. As per the US World and News 2025, these courses are ranked at #7 in the whole world. 

The university offers a skills-based curriculum focused on health. The first year tuition fee is INR 35L. And 97% of MPH graduates received placements within 12 months of graduation.
