Both College of Dental Sciences and Bapuji Dental College and Hospital are good colleges. CODS has a slightly higher patient inflow. High patient flow increases the work load and there you can have a lot of experiences while Bapuji is more well-known and has been accredited with an "A" grade by NAAC twice. Quality assurance is given by the Bapuji college.

In CDC, total seat intake is 40 for BDS program. Out of which 24 seats are allotted to Christian MInority Candidates, 8 seats are for Open category (Amongst these seats, 5 are allotted to applicants belonging to the state of Punjab), 6 seats are for NRIs, The rest of the seats are then allotted to the remaining categories.

You can get admission into this college through the NEET examination and after that you need to apply in the online counselling.
Cutoff (General) for BDS in 2023 was 108575 and in 2022 was 153770. You have to score at least 450-460 marks in NEET for a general candidate to get admission into it.

No, NBE, or the exam conducting authority for the NEET MDS exam does not release the NEET MDS scorecard by post or email. Candidates will have to check the result online by visiting the official website of NEET MDS, via the merit list and downloading the scorecard. The step-by-step process to check the NEET MDS result is given below:
- Visit the official website of NBE or NEET MDS
- Visit the NEET MDS exam from the Examinations tab
- Click on the Result tab
- A press release will open wherein candidates will have to click on the link for the merit list
- Once the scorecard is available for download, candidates will have to click on the Scorecard tab,

Definitely, it is good for BDS as this college is among the top 10 Dental colleges of India. It has excellent Faculty, Infrastructure, Clinical material and last but not the least the dedicated medical faculty which many dental colleges lack because they don’t possess attached medical college.
