1- 15 percent of the seats are SC students.
2- 7.5 percent seats for ST students.
3- 27 percent seats for OBC Non-Creamy Layer students as per the Central List.
4- 10 percent of the seats for General-EWS students.
5- Reservation for Kashmir Migrant (subject to notification from Ministry of Education for Academic Session 2022-23).
6- There are 5 NRI seats also available for each course in every IIMC. Each category will have 5 percent reservations for the students with 40 percent or more disabilities as defined in Sections 2 (r) and 2 (zc) of the RPwD ACT 2016.
