The last Date starts from September to March of the Next Year.
For example, 29th September 2018 will be the last date without late fee.
12th March 2019 will be last date with Rs. 8,500 late fee.

M.Sc Computer Science (SW) PART-II (Lateral Entry Scheme)
Pass in any one of the following examinations of this University or any other University/ Institute/DOEACC Society recognized by UGC/AICTE/DEC/Govt. of India/State Government:
(i) M.Sc Part-I in any area of Computer;
(ii) One year Diploma Course after graduation in any area of Computer.

http://www.ddekuk.ac.in/ is the website which has the 2017-2018 Prospectus available for your reference.
The Last Dates with Late Fees were in March.
The First DATE withOUT Late fee was 29 September.

The tentative Date is 29 September and this goes on with Fine to the Month of March.
The Prospectus for the 2018-19 session is not out yet.
Till March the date was with 8500 Rs Late Fee. I am sure you got to know the answer, though I could see this pending question today as I did not follow the Kurukshetra University Tag.

Kurukshetra University does not seem to facilitate such a thing. The 2 Years MBA prog takes admission in First Year through established procedures.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. The eligibility is to have completed graduation/ post-graduation from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate) or must have completed BE/ B.Tech from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (52.25% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate).
The final admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation.
