I would suggest you that go for regular programme. It will help you more.
There are few colleges of LL.M programme.
- IILM University Gurugram, gives you one year duration of LL.M programme.

Yes it is valid. One need 2 year LL. M to be eligible for teaching in colleges subject to qualifying other elligibilities like NET. 1 year LL. M is not valid for teaching. KUK distance LL.
