Only graduation degree is required to do the MBA correspondence, no need for work experience. Normal MBA without work experience would be of 2 years but yes, if you have work experience of 3 years, then you can do executive MBA which is of just one year. There are many college which provide correspondence executive MBA.

If you would like to enrol for MBA in IGNOU, you will have to provide them a letter of 3 years of work experience and they will also take entrance test.
