It is possible, but it depends on the university rules and your time management skills. If one course is regular and the other is through distance learning (open mode), then you can pursue DMLT and BSc Chemistry together.
However, doing two full-time regular courses at once is generally not permitted. It's better to prioritize one if you want in-depth knowledge and better academic performance.

College ranking plays a role but is not everything for DMLT course. A good institute provides better lab facilities, hospital training tie-ups, and placement support.
While selecting, check faculty experience, internship opportunities, and infrastructure more than just the ranking. A mid-ranked college with strong hospital associations can sometimes offer better learning than a highly-ranked one with fewer practical facilities.

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) and GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) are diploma-level programs, and both are great options in their own.
