To be eligible, the candidate must fulfill one of the following criteria: The candidate should have passed the HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational subjects. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for candidates with disabilities belonging to Maharashtra State) in the aggregate of the aforementioned subjects. or The candidate should have completed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for candidates with disabilities belonging to Maharashtra State).

To be eligible, candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational subjects, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies. The aggregate marks obtained in these subjects from any recognised Board/Council should meet or exceed the specified percentage (45% in this case). Please note that the mentioned marks for SC/ST and OBC categories are applicable to candidates from Maharashtra State. Candidates who are currently in the process of completing their qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. For Maharashtra State candidates, appearing for MHT-CET is mandatory. All India candidates must appear for either MHT-CET or JEE Mains, with preference given to JEE Mains scores.
