Your aspirations are what make a course 'better'. Both courses have respective pros and cons. If you're already a graduate and want to transition your career towards the legal field go for a 3 year LLB. If you're certain on the fact that you want to pursue law only - then go for 5 year integrated course. Also a 5 year integrated course will save you one year as compared to traditional graduation followed by LLB.
