Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.

Preference will be given to candidates qualified in GATE in the relevant branch based on their test scores and the remaining seats with the candidates qualified in APPGECET as per their merit ranks.
Final year student can also apply, provided they have completed the prescribed course and passed all the subjects for the award of degree by the concerned
university on or before the date of counselling.

B.E. / B.TechCandidate who has passed Diploma in Engineering/Architecture from a recognised board/university with 45% marks for UR category (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC and PWD category of Chattisgarh) can also apply for the course.
Candidate passing 10th/12th through distance learning/open school shall be eligible for admission.
Candidate passed Diploma programme through distance learning shall not be eligible to apply.
If the candidate has passed 10+2 examination, but failed in one or more compulsory subject than the candidate shall not be considered eligible for admission.
If the candidate is declared passed with grace as per the rule of related board than the candidate shall be eligible to apply.
Candidate Upper age limit is 30 years for UR category, 35 years for PWD who belongs to UR category of Chattisgarh, 33 years for SC/ST/OBC and Female category of Chattisgarh, and 38 years for PWD who belongs to SC/ST/OBC and female category of Chattisgarh as on 1st of July of academic year.

UG DiplomaCandidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination (Class 10th) conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained atleast 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
Candidates belonging to NIOS/TOSS/APOSS/CBSE/ICSE/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject.
Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in May-2022, and whose results are yet to be declared can also apply.
There is no age restriction.
