It is indeed very nice to see your interest in knowing about Diploma. The basic eligibility is 10th standard. In addition after Diploma, you can get lateral admission directly in 2nd year of four year engineering degree course.

The eligibility criteria of CMS Business School (Jain University) for MBA Finance is given below:
1. Eligibility: Any bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate.
2. Selection process: Through Jain Entrance Test (JET) - written test, group discussion, and personal interview.
Note: Candidate(s) with a valid CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT score are eligible to apply and are exempted from the written test of JET.
Preference will be given to candidates with work experience.

Yes, after you have completed your diploma you can get admission in engineering through lateral entry and directly into 2nd year.

The Joint Admission Test for M.Sc (JAM) is an all India examination conducted to provide admissions to various M.Sc (Two Year) / M.Sc Ph.D Dual Degree and other post-B.Sc Programmes based on the performance in a single test, Further 12th/HSC subjects are considered while admission, hence you are not eligible for M.Sc. Programs offered at IITs.
