Yes, you will get full fees refund if you do not want to take admission in GLA. You will have to give them a proper reason for not taking admission into the institute. Moreover, as per the UGC guidelines, students are eligible for 100% fee refund within a specific period of time and no charge an be deducted from them.

Dhirubhai Ambani University offers undergraduate degree in engineering, BTech with an overall fees of INR 8.2 lakh. Government Engineering College do refund fees in certain cases, generally when a candidate cancels his/her admission within a specified time period after taking admission. Its typically depends on when you are applying for the refund.
As the time goes the chances of getting a complete refund gets less so be wise in taking any kinf of these decision before taking admission in any college.
