30 Percentile is not enough for getting CSE at MIT WPU Pune. However, you can try out for other Engineering branches also.

That depends on your second attempt result. If you score more than cut-off percentile, then you will for sure be able to write advanced. This year the cut-off might lie around 85 percentile for general candidates
Edit: But if you are sure enough then start preparing from now itself.

For those interested to get admission in engineering after IIT in Pune, considering Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune is the better option. Of course, you can, but it might only be possible, if there are some vacant seats in the particular department of engineering at Bhrati Vidyapeeth. Further, there are some other conditions like:
The candidate must have cleared all the exams without any backlog. NOC (No objection Certificate from both the universities is required). The candidate has to apply to the registrar of the university and after verifying the equivalence of curriculum, permission for admission is given. Now candidate can pay the fee and get admission. CSE from VIT Bhopal or Amravati wouldn't make a big difference as placements are centralised. My personal experience says that VIT Bhopal has good teachers. Rest depends on your choice.
