Hello Monisha Prasanna, whether a student does graduation in engineering after 12th or follows 10th, Diploma, lateral admission in engineering, and then passed out as graduate engineer, the path taken looses its importance. It's totally immaterial. Best wishes to you.

Yes, definitely. Basic eligibility for Diploma is only 10th. You have already completed class 12th. Hence, you can think of seeking admission to Diploma course

Some universities that offer B.Tech in computer Science under CUCET are given below- Central University of Haryana, Central University of Rajasthan, Assam University, Central University of Punjab etc.
