No, NEET is not required for admission in B.Tech Biotechnology. As per my knowledge in LPU the eligibility criteria for B.Tech is 60% in 10+2 with English Physics maths/biology + LPU NEST exam. There are BIO ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES that provides an understanding of the basic principles and applications of analytical techniques used in Biology. There is a course Human Genetics that deals with investigation of human hereditary qualities looking at real leaps forward and current issues in human heredity. The course will incorporate the investigation of hereditary qualities, and the societal ramifications of themes, for example, the human genome venture, DNA fingerprinting, hereditary qualities and knowledge, and hereditary building. There were courses that provides practical exposure on basic biological tests and instrumentation techniques.
