Hello Yograj, these days percentage obtained in JEE Mains has lost relevance. Instead percentile or ranking is the preferred way for admission. Hello,
ICT has 70% of seats reserved for state candidates I. e. through CET. And the rest 30% of seats through JEE Mains. At 96.7 percentile, I guess there is a good chance that you get admitted to B.Tech courses. As their cutoff is lower compared to B. Chem. So yes, there is a chance. But note that it also depends on other factors like number of students applying for those 30% seats. If all goes well, SEE you at ICT Mumbai.

Hello Abhinand PU, I am afraid, except for the state of Tamil Nadu, no other state in India gives admissions to engineering colleges based on the marks obtained in the 12th. Each desirous student has to appear for some of the other entrance exam. Best wishes to you.

Hello,
It is always troublesome to compare two colleges or institutions. This is so because there are many dynamic issues and it's always the case that one institution is good in some while the other is good in others. Also, different observers can conclude differently based on the same data. In such situations, a student will get more confused than clarified. It's my sincere advice that takes admission whichever of the two gives you at the earliest. Best wishes to you.

Hello Khushi Kumari, at one place you are saying thst you are in 12th while at other you are ssying thst you are primary school student. Okay. A student needs to apply to NTA for appearing in JEE Mains examination. Passing of this exam will lead you get admission in NIT's or IIT's or GFTI'S. This year NTA allowed students to appear for this exam four times with proviso that best of four marks will be counted towards final results. However it's too late for you to apply this year. Best wishes to you for next year.
