COEP College of Engineering Pune admissions 2025 are expected to open soon. A few more updates are given below:
- The MAT May 2025 registration process is open for PBT and CBT; the last date to apply is May 25 and Jun 2, 2025, respectively. Furthermore, the MAT 2025 exams will be scheduled on May 31 (PBT) and Jun 8, 2025 (CBT), respectively.
- The GATE CCMT counselling 2025 registrations for phase 1 are open for admission to MTech/MArch/MPlan courses, and the last date to register is Jun 4, 2025 (till 5:30 PM). Furthermore, the GATE CCMT 2025 seat allotment result for round 1 will be released on Jun 9, 2025.
- The CMAT 2026 registration window for admission to the MBA, PGDM, and MMS courses is anticipated to open in the second week of Nov 2025.
- The MAH MBA CET result 2025 for admission to MBA/PGDM and MMS courses is expected to be declared in May 2025.
- The CAT 2025 application process for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses is expected to begin in Aug 2025. Furthermore, the CAT 2025 exam will be held tentatively on Nov 30, 2025.

Step 1: COEP Pune Application Process
Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG courses must have a valid score in the course wise entrance exams. Therefore, candidates must register and complete the application form by visiting the entrance exam's official website. Candidates must also register in the COEP's official website for admission and fill out the online application form.
Step 2: COEP Pune Selection Criteria
Candidates based on their scores in the courses wise entrance exams will be shortlisted for the counselling process.Candidates are required to register themselves for the course-wise counselling process as well.
Step 3: COEP Pune Merit list
On successful completion of the counselling process, based on the entrance exam score, and academic performance, a merit list will be released. The merit list will shortlist candidates for the final admission round.
Stepp 4: COEP Final Admission
Candidates whose names are listed in the merit list will be eligible to pay the admission fee and document verification. Candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at COEP Pune for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.
There is no such provision to get admission to MTech at the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) without having a valid rank/ score in GATE. COEP Technological University (formerly known as COEP) admissions to all courses are strictly based on merit only. Hence, those candidates who do not have a valid score or rank in GATE or MHT-MTech are not eligible for admission to MTech courses of the College of Engineering Pune (COEP).

Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech course at COEP must pass a UG degree in the respective subjects from a recognised university. Those who have qualified GATE with a valid score can secure admission to the M.Tech course at COEP.
