Hello Qutbuddin, admissions to the minority based institutes are governed by different tools than rest of the colleges. Share the minority students for which the college has been formed is allowed to keep 50% of the seats reserved. In view of this I feel that you should be able to get your branch that you desire in this college. however nothing can be said with certainty since it is not known as to how many students of your category have obtained marks more than you. But I feel that at percentile of about 700 you have bright chances of getting admission.
Best wishes to you.
