Infrastructure-wise, Vidyalankar Institute of technology is better than Thadomal Shahani Engineering College. TSEC is located in a posh- Bandra West area, whereas VIT is in Wadala, where there are slums around. Faculty members of both the colleges are very approachable and learned. Placements are decent and almost equal for both the colleges. TSEC is a Sindhi Minority college, VIT is a non-minority college. The new field- Artificial Intelligence and Data Science is not available in VIT, but TSEC. The fees of TSEC are higher than that of VIT. Choose well. ALL THE BEST.

Selection to the B.Tech programme is based on the rank scored in AEEE 2021 / JEE Mains 2021 / SAT/ PUEE Scores. If JEE Mains is conducted multiple times, all the scores released prior to the Amrita B.Tech. CSAP (Centralized Seat Allotment Process)will be looked into and the best result considered.

Please write about the college name for better response. However on the basis of your Diploma in Computer Engineering you are eligible for getting B.Tech lateral admission in some reputed engineering colleges.

No, you can not get admission in Government Polytechnic Pune in Diploma in Computer Engineering. The admission process of asked college is governed by DTE Maharashtra through CAP rounds. So you have to come through the DTE Maharashtra state. For more information please visit DTE Maharashtra website.

Hello Manimalar, the eligibility for admission in B.Ed programme is graduation. Diploma in engineering is not equivalent to graduation. Therefore after diplomacy you will not be eligible for admission for B.Ed. You will be required to do graduation first and then only you can go for B.Ed. Best wishes to you.
