I am afraid your 76 percentile is quite low to get admission in any NIT and especially in CS branch. If one understands the percentile, then it is clear that 24% of almost 13 lakh students are above you. But then there could be some dynamics in admission process which may enable you to get admission somewhere. To help you I am attaching a link that will predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains.

These days, a student has to appear for one or the other entrance exam for getting admission in an engineering college. The notable exception is only the state of Tamil Nadu where admissions are based on the performance in the 12th standard. You have not mentioned as to the entrance exam that you have passed. You need to appear for JEE Mains and the exam for entrance conducted by your state to get admission in an engineering college and then you can get the branch and college of your choice if you perform very well in this examination.
Best wishes to you.

Even though you have not mention as to the origin of this rank, I suppose it must be the rank of JEE Mains. This ranking appears to be reasonably good. I am sure you should get a good college in Karnataka. However to help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains.
