There is no direct way for getting admission in PEC Chandigarh. Admissions to B.Tech. programme for General/ SC/ ST/ EWS/ PwD categories in Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University) is based on JEE Main rank. The seats for the B.Tech. programmes for academic session 2020-21 will be filled through Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)/ JoSAA). The last year closing rank at DAVV Indore in B.Tech IT was 56877, Hence your chances are moderate here. However you can get the following very easily.
1. EIE
2. ETE
3. Mechanical
4. Civil.

Yes you can get UIET, PU Chandigarh. The last year closing rank in B.E CSE was 40073 under All India quota.

Keeping the previous years of trends in consideration, CSE is difficult but you can get ECE and INS very easily in asked college under general merit.

Getting NITs at this rank is very difficult. The last year closing rank through JAC Delhi for outside Delhi candidates in your category were the following.
