Yes, you need not have to give mht cet for architecture if you are appearing for nata . give jee main paper 2 and nata. your marks will be combined for your merit score and if you dont belong to maharashtra then you will have to score around 170 merit score for getting admission in this college.

In the modern era almost all colleges will have good infrastructure. Labs are updated and provided with modern equipment and facilities. The internet facilities made the world small. You can get any information in your fingers tips. You will able to get notes and Study materials easily for any subject. Lecture and PPT presentation of top professor one can get easily. As such the word best college is not much relevent for continuation of engineering studies. You should have interest and fashion to study that technology. Any college can give you a platform and motivational atmosphere for you to cherish your dreams.

The eligibility criteria of CSIR UGC NET M.Sc. Or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/ BE/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (your) and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates. Candidates possessing only Bachelors degree are eligible to apply only for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and not for Lectureship (LS). Age criteria for JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years {upper age limit may be relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disability (PwD)/ female applicants and 03 years in case of OBC (Non Creamy Layer) applicants}.
