All other issues regarding admission are available on the website of the institute in whatever place you want to seek admi

Hello,
Yes after completion of your Diploma in engineering you can definitely seek admission directly in second year of engineering under what is called as lateral admission procedure. The admissions invariably are based on the marks obtained in the Diploma examination. In almost all the states in India, these admissions are done centrally by what is called as the directorate of technical education of the state. You may apply on their website after going through all the requisite process. Best wishes to you.

CUCET conducts own entrance test (Test paper code no, PGPQ54) for M.Tech admissions. So GATE is not mandatory for M.Tech admissions. However preference will be given to candidates having valid GATE score.

IPU CET conducted for BCA B.Ed. BBA B.Com B.Sc. Nursing, M.Ed. And B.Tech Biotechnology courses. Hence, please write about the course name for which information is required. However IPU CET syllabus for B.Com is given below with corresponding weightage.
1. Logical Reasoning (25%)
2. General Awareness (15%)
3. General English (25%)
4. Data Interpretation (35%)
So from above Logical reasoning, General English and Data Interpretation have the big contribution about 75% in selection of a candidate. Hence these subjects are required more attention. For general awareness daily News paper reading and some GK books can be enough.
