After FMS awards weightage: 30% of 100=30 in Quant; 30% of 98=29.4 in DILR; 40% of 80=32 in VARC. Total points the candidate has scored in shortlisting process are 91.6

Directly, it doesn't as FMS does not give any weightage to your academic profile but indirectly it might affect the perception of the panel regarding your candidature.

Candidates applying for admission to the two year full time MBA, must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline after class 12th of formal schooling with at least 50% marks. (SC, ST, OBC, PWD and CW: 45%) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor's degree may also apply.
Admission to MBA program is based on extempore speech, personal interview and CAT score (Common Admission Test conducted by Indian Institutes of Management). Applicants who have not taken CAT 2016 will not be considered for admission for MBA session 2017-19.

FMS doesn't give weightage to your past academic scores as of now. Thus, yes you are eligible for admission to FMS. For further eligibility criteria you can refer www.fms.edu.
Talking about the percentile required.
The cutoff for admission to MBA programme 2016 is composite score of 59.430 for general category candidates. The Composite Score has been computed by giving weightage of 40%, 30%, and 30% to the scores of VRC, DI/LR, and QA Sections respectively as provided by the CAT Centre for the CAT 2015 Examination for candidates who registered with FMS. For example: Composite Score = ?(Score in Section * Weightage)/Max Marks
