I think following are the best certifications after an MBA (Finance)
Chartered Financial Analyst CFA While this is no short-term course, one can pursue it with their MBA degree and the course has 3 different levels and requires 4 years of work experience. It has a lot of value in the industry and you can grow your profile in the finance space easily. Certified Financial Planner CFP Be it financial planning, tax planning, insurance planning, investment planning or retirement planning the course that will prepare you to take these decisions is CFP. Don't go for LL.B. Better go for MBA finance, it will give more job opportunities. It has least job opportunities. I prefer MBA, because even if you failed to complete CS the knowledge you will have in Taxation, SEBI, Accounts will help you to get good jobs if you take MBA in finance. Same thing has happened with me and now I am working for good firm.

Yes of course, SJCC has B.Com with accounting as core subject and finance as elective.
More details here > http://www.sjcc.edu.in/bcom/bcom.php
As a recommendation, you can opt for a globally recognized US professional course that you can do alongside your B.Com.
Explore the CPA course (US equivalent of CA) and CMA course (US equivalent of ICWA).
