The institute conducts entrance exams for certificate programmes. For admission in the postgraduate diploma programme, the students are supposed to score good rankings in the GMAT or GRE entrance examination. Working professionals can also apply. For admission in PGP, the students are supposed to qualify the Business Aptitude Test (BAT) which is conducted by the institute. A. No, PGP is similar in content to a regular two-year full-time MBA programme offered by business schools generally.
Q. Does ISB award a degree in management or a diploma?
A. No, it is a rule in India that only universities can award a degree. ISB’s PGP is neither a degree nor a diploma.
Q. What is the Early Entry Option in ISB?
A. The Early Entry Option allows graduates with less than 24 months of full-time work experience to secure their admission to the ISB PG programme. It has been designed for young professionals who are keen on pursuing management education and want a little more clarity about their career plans.
Q. Who can apply to ISB’s Early Entry Option?
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream
• A valid GMAT / GRE score till the commencement of the course

A. If any candidate submits more than one score, the higher score would be considered, provided it is still valid.
Q. Does one needs to complete the entire application in one session?
A. No, it is not necessary. One can complete the online application in multiple sessions and also save parts of the application as required.

A. Almost 50% of seats are made available by the college in each cycle but the number of seats offered is entirely the college’s discretion.

Scholarships
Merit Waivers: (PGP)
The scholarship awarded based on the overall weighted scores at the end of the selection process. Up to 40 scholarships varying from INR 5 Lakhs to full tuition fee are awarded to eligible candidates.
Need-Based Waivers: (PGP)
ISB and Corporate donors’ together award up to 40 scholarships of INR 5 Lakhs each to deserving candidates whose family income is not more than INR 12 Lakhs (including applicant’s pre-ISB income). Candidates have to submit an essay and proof of income to be eligible for the need-based waiver.
Bridge to India: (PGP)
This scholarship is given to Indian origin students currently working abroad, who plan to move back to India. INR 5 – 10 Lakhs scholarships are awarded to up to 5 students. Eligible students would have to submit an essay for the same.
