All entrance has a prerequisite that you have basic knowledge of the subjects from your graduation level. After that your proficiency is your rank. Subject is relative then.

Both are valuable, and could boost up your resume and it is up to your choice to choose one among these.

Of course you will have to score good marks for it, otherwise you have to pay donation if the college takes donation.

The application is to be filled online. Register yourself on the Christ University's site by making your account there. Fill the application form and upload all the relevant documents. Pay the fees of 1000 INR.
Take a print out of the form. Keep two copies.
You will also be required to send the hard copy of that form along with xerox copies of some documents to Christ University, Karnataka, via courier.
You will be emailed an admit card for the entrance test after some days.
