Dear Bishwajit,
Packages offered are purely based on the company's culture, job profiles and other aspect of job description or designation etc. What one should be focusing on is getting the right job profile for your career growth and then achieving the highest package on the basis of your experience, talent and performance as you grow.
Do visit our website - www.iiebm.com to get more details on placements.

Dear Pradeep,
There is nothing known as highest and lowest package offered. It actually depends on how the candidate has performed in academics over the years, extra curricular activities done as well as how well he/she has carried the interview and various other aspects in any specialization.
All the best!

Remember you are talking about universities in US, if you are not ready to work hard you should probably pursue your higher education in your home country itself.

MBA in financial management would focus only on financial aspects of management. However in MBA with finance specialization, first year we are introduced to all the functional areas and we choose the specialization in the second year.
