M.Sc in Forensic Science eligibility criteria varies from university to university, most of the universities eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have Bachelors in Forensic Science.

It depends on the university in which you are planning to apply. But you need to have knowledge of your Bachelor's degree and chemistry. Sometimes, questions from chemistry do come. If you are planning for Delhi University then read your Bachelor's degree syllabus, it's more than enough. For Indraprastha University, study chemistry and Bachelor's degree portion.
