There is no minimum marks are required in Gandhi Engineering college. But the only requirement is you should appear in IIT Mains exam.Your's board marks should be more than 45%. You can directly contact with the college for your admission they will book your seat. In private college there is no requirement of any kind of cutoff in it. So don't worry about that.
