They Provide both MBA & PGDM and have pretty decent placement record. Aprt from the program they also conduct industry interaction programs in order to prepare there students industry ready.

There is no good coaching centre for lateral entry in Ghaziabad but in Delhi, the best coaching institute for lateral entry is Darsan Coaching Institute.

There are a large number coaching institutes in Ghaziabad and Delhi like Genius, Sulekha, etc. which impart coaching for LEET. My advise is to look for a class that is nearest to your home and whose teachers are accessible after classes.

IMT will be a better option to pursue MBA program.

That is a smart way to ask a question. You only have a choice of applying to any company that comes in the campus depending on the criteria set by the company. But, whether the company wants to scrutinize you in their process or not, is entirely upto them. You may or may not get shortlisted for a company that you have applied to.

As a IT professional with 3 years experience you have high probability of of getting 15+ lakhs during IMT Ghaziabad campus placement provided you do well in PGDM.But you may struggle to meet minimum marks eligibility criteria of most of Tier I companies as you do not have 60% and above marks in graduation degree.
