GIMSR scholarships are granted based on marks scored in the GAT (GITAM Admission Test) or equivalent qualifying exam. Meritorious and eligible candidates can avail a scholarship up to 100% for first-year and will be continued for the subsequent years, subject to scoring 8.0 & above CGPA every year. Tabulated below is percentage of scholarship and respective GAT score needed to avail it:

Candidates seeking admission must have a class 12 or equivalent pass certificate with a 60% aggregate. Further, based on the BSc paramedical specialisation that a candidate chooses to pursue, he/she must have the compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam. For example, for a BSc in Anesthesia Technology, Renal Dialysis Technology, EMT, and MLT, the candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects.

Yes GIMSR offers a BSc in Paramedical course spread across six specialisations. The course duration varies from three to four years, depending on the choice of specialisation. The total tuition fee for a BSc at GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is INR 4.4 Lacs – INR 6 lakh. In addition, this fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence is subject to change. For the GAT application, the students have to pay a sum of INR 1,200, which is non-refundable. The registration fee can be paid online through credit card/debit card/net banking.

  • Active Mobile Number and Email ID
  • Scanned Photograph in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 50 KB only)

GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is one of the best Medical colleges in India. It has state-of-the-art labs which is equipped with all stainless-steel tools along with running water, electrical and gas connection to undertake research work and
