GITAM School of Architecture, Visakhapatnam, is usually a Tier 2 institute. Well, it has quality education, good infrastructure, and various programmes in architecture. However, it's not nationally recognized or ranked as would Tier 1 architecture schools, like the IITs or top NITs. However being strong at a regional level, it offers good networking, experienced faculties, and proper hands-on training.
