If you are planning for MIM then 3.5 years of experience is more than enough for you. If you are looking to do MBA abroad then you need to consider having a few more years of work experience. So yes, you can go ahead with your GMAT and accordingly apply to colleges according to your career plan.

Hello, exceptional students without work experience are considered. However you need to be an extraordinary brilliant student. Remember you would be competing with applicants with significant work experience and more competitive profile than yours. So, if you don't have anything unique in your profile you won't be accepted.

Hi,
Any top ranked university will ask for the GMAT but few options may be available. You may check for graduate certificate programs or PG Diploma programs.

You should start preparing for GMAT right now. It takes a lot of time for practicing and if you are planning MBA abroad. Although GMAT score is my sole determinant for admission, you need to have 730+ score if you want to get admission into a good institute
A 700 GMAT score puts a test taker in the 89th percentile of those who have taken the exam. That means only 11% of those who sit for the GMAT have a score of 700 or above. Hence you need to work and practice hard, take mock test, etc.
