The candidates should note that the Union Public Service Commission will conduct the UPSC CAPF interviews for the 2023 edition of exam till June 14, 2024. The UPSC CAPF 2023 final result is expected to be released online within a week from the completion of interviews.

The candidates can expect the UPSC CAPF 2023 final result till June 24.

The Union Public Service Commission conduct the UPSC CAPF written exam and declare the list of qualified candidates as the result. The Ministry of Home designate the authority to conduct the Physical test for these qualified candidates. The Commission will conduct the interviews of such candidates who qualified the physical test.

The candidates should note that the written exam in UPSC CAPF exam is folllowed by the Physical Efficiency Test conducted by the designated authority. The Commission mention the physical requirements in the official notification in the following manner:

The Union Public Service Commission conduct the CAPF (AC) exam every year to recruit the candidates for the Gazetted post of Assistant Commandant in the CAPF's. The UPSC CAPF exam is conducted for the following key reasons:

• To recruit Assistant Commandants (Group A officers) for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) of India.
• The CAPF includes important security forces like the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB

UPSC CAPF admit card is important because of the reasons shared below-

• It is a proof that candidate has registered for the exam.
• It informs candidate about the allotted exam centre and time.
• Candidate is not allowed to appear for the exam without the admit card.

Candidates need to carry the print out of UPSC CAPF admit card to their exam centre. Candidates also need to take a photo ID proof along with the admit card.

The results of the AFCAT and AFSB interviews are used to make the final decision in AFSB. In order to be eligible for the AFCAT exam, students must receive a score of 140 to 190 out of 300. In September 2024, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will make public the AFCAT 2 cutoff for 2024. The deadline, which is the same for all categories, will be announced on the official website. Candidates who log up with their email address, password, and captcha code can view the AFCAT cut-off scores. The AFCAT threshold is determined subsequent to the marking normalization process.
