The West Bengal Public Service Commission provides the time frame for sending objections against the answers mentioned in the WBCS answer key. The Commission will give 5-7 days after the release of the WBCS answer key to raise objections against any incorrect answers. 

The exact dates will be mentioned in the official notice. Candidates need to submit their objections within this specified period.

The WBPSC WBCS admit card will have the following key details:

Name of the candidate appearing for the exam
•    Roll Number
•    Registration Number
•    Date of birth
•    Exam Center Address and Code
•    Reporting time at the exam center
•    Date and duration of the exam

The West Bengal Public Service Commission hall ticket is a mandatory document that candidates must carry to the exam center along with a valid photo ID proof like Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Driving License. Candidates are advised to carry two copies of their photo ID proof as well.

The candidates should note that the West Bengal Public Service Commission conduct the WBCS exam and releases all the public notices related to it. WBPSC releases the WBCS admit card also.If there are any discrepancies in the details printed on your WBCS admit card, the candidates should immediately contact the West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) officials or the designated authority.

The WBCS admit card will be available online only and no admit card will be sent by post.

The West Bengal Public Service Commission releases the WBCS admit card around ten days before the exam. The WBCS admit card availability notice is released on the official website, and the Commission activates the WBCS admit card download link on the website.

The West Bengal Public Service Commission is expected to release the WBCS admit card in November/December 2025.

In the event where RRBs have announced further vacancies, provisional allotment is carried out from the reserve list. Wherein two or more candidates secure the same score, the merit order is decided as per the date of birth. This means candidates senior in age are placed above the one junior in age.

The provisional allotment is done in the following manner:

  • Once the interview/mains examination is completed, depending on the number of IBPS RRB vacancies, shortlisted candidates are provisionally allotted to one of the RRBs
  • The provisional allotment of candidates in IBPS RRB exam is done based on merit-cum-preference
  • For Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the provisional allotment is done within the RRBs of the state opted by the candidates
  • Candidates belonging to the reserved category, selected on the basis of the norms of the General category will be treated as per General Category candidates

The WBPSC admit card is an mandatory to get entry at the exam centre. The admit card work as an authority letter to establish one's right to appear in the exam. The candidates cannot appear for the West Bengal Civil Service examination without their WBCS admit card.

Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry a valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Driving License.Candidates are advised to carry two copies of their photo ID proof along with the admit card.
