IBPS PO interview is conducted for candidates who qualify the Mains exam. The total marks allotted to the interview are 100. The difficulty level of interview may be easy or difficult. AFCAT exam means Air Force Common Admission Test. This exam is taken to select candidates for admission in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches in Indian Air Force. AFCAT exam is conducted by Indian Air Force. CDS exam is conducted for candidates who wish to make their career in the Defence Forces- Army, Navy, and Air Force. Selected candidates undergo training at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA). The selection process of CDS comprises written exam and SSB Interview. The AFCAT selection process comprises online test and AFSB interview. 

IBPS PO is conducted annually by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to select candidates for the post of Probationary Officers. The selection process of IBPS PO comprises prelims exam, Mains exam and interview. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. The Mains exam comprises both objective and descriptive-type questions. The total marks allotted to the Mains exam are 250. The interview carries a total of 100 marks. The final selection of candidates is done based on the Mains exam and interview.
