The selection of candidate is based on an all India order of merit based on their performance in Stage-I, II, III & IV and meeting the laid down medical standards during medical examination and the number of vacancies available for the post. Clearing of Stage-I, II, III, IV and satisfactory performance in training is compulsory for recruitment in ICG. All candidates will be compulsorily subjected to identity check prior commencement of the examination of Stage- I, II, III of CGEPT.

Indian Coast Guard Navik qualification for DB is that candidates must have passed Class 10th. The age for the exam is given by the examination authority. Recruitment is carried out as per the selection process.

Indian Coast Guard Navik age limit for DB is 18-22 years (5 Years relaxation for SC/ST, if the posts are reserved for them and 3 Years for OBC, if the posts are reserved for them). Candidates falling under the age limit can apply for the exam.

Indian Coast Guard age limit for Navik General Duty is 18 to 22 years. 5 years relaxation is given to SC/ST candidates,  if the posts are reserved for them and 3 Years for OBC, if the posts are reserved for them. EWS candidates will not get any age relaxation. Even if there is no vacancy reserved for SC / ST / OBC (Non - Creamy) / EWS category candidates, such candidates can still apply. However, they will not be eligible for any age and passing marks concession / relaxation etc. SC / ST candidates are exempt from payment of application fee even in such case.

Candidates do not need to upload scanned images of their photographs on the SSC CHSL application form. The new application module on the website- ssc.gov.in captures live photos of candidates. For capturing SSC CHSL live photo, candidates need to have a webcam on a computer/ laptop or an Android device for capturing live photo. Candidates need to fulfill the following requirements for live photo.

  • Find a place with good light and plain background.
  • Camera should be at eye level.

The candidates will be required to carry photo identity cards with the WBCS admit card to establish their identity in case asked for. The Commission mention the list of photo identity cards recognised by the Commission to be carried with the WBCS admit card. These include:

The West Bengal Public Service Commission will release the WBCS 2024-25 admit card on its official website only. The candidates will get here the direct link to download the WBCS admit card 2024-25. The candidates can see below the steps to download the WBCS admit card:

  • Go to the official website of WBPSC - psc.wb.gov.in
  • Go to the 'Candidate's Corner' given on the right-hand side
  • Click on the 'Download Admit-Card (For Written/Screening Test) link
  • A new window will open, select the advertisement from the list and enter the enrollment number and date of birth
  • Download WBPSC WBCS admit card 2024-25 and save it for future reference

The Union Public Service Commission mention the number and names of the exam cities in the official notification. The UPSC IAS Notification 2026 has been postponed and will be released soon at upsc.gov.in. The IAS prelims exam is conducted offline simultaneously across the nation. The candidates are required to opt for three exam centres in the IAS application and the Commission allots the exam centre on first apply first allot basis.

Yes, the Union Public Service Commission dropped the imphal exam city from the IAS exam centres list for the IAS 2024 prelims exam. The candidates who opted for IAS 2024 imphal exam centre can change their exam centre for the IAS prelims exam. They can opt any of the 80 exam centres. 

The facility to change the IAS 2024 exam centre will be available on the official website of UPSC - upsc.gov.in from April 8 to 19. The Commission will release their IAS admit cards one week before the exam date. IAS 2024 exam will be conducted on June 16, 2024.
