Hello Pooja, I can understand your angst and the anxiety. But do not worry. There are many unexplained glitches that occur like the one that you have mentioned. History has good amount of share in civil service exam. I suggest you to analyse the subject wise share of UPSE CSE. You can choose History as optional for your Mains. It is a good option for civil services if the subject is interesting for you. Also History is helpful in prelims. Best wishes.
