First Bank of India releases a notification on the site about the selected candidate and their respected Zonal office.
Candidates get mail from HRD for document verification at their respective Zonal office in which they are selected. In the document verification date candidate should provide necessary documents as mentioned in the mail sent to them. In documents verification, you have to provide your identity proof, address proof, Graduation Mark sheet and Certificate Computer Certificate IBPS Application form, photos, NOC if any, Medical Examination reports and 3 Character Certificate from Gazetted Officers. In Medical test they will test your urine, blood, chest X-ray or Scan, Blood pressure, the highest Weight, Eyesight, ECG etc. No one get rejected in bank medical test, so don't be worried about it. After the document verification, the bank will send you 2 anticidant form to your residential address to verify your character from anticidant. 2 Anticidant from your neighborhood can fill up and send it to the zonal office. Anticidant can not be your blood relation. After that Bank will mail appointment letter through mail and also via post. After that you get your dream job and your branch.

Job Profile of Security Assistant in IB:
The security assistant assists the security officer in collecting the information regarding security/law and also order problems. They are also responsible for reporting matters to the police as per the direction of the authorities. They have to carry out patrolling and checking duties during the day and night. As per the present guidelines, the annual IB Security Assistant Salary Package on average will be as per Pay Level 3 of the 7th CPC. The pay scale will be INR 21700 - INR 69100 (Level-3). SCOPE OF PROMOTION:
The candidates who get selected as Security Assistant by the Intelligence Bureau of India will be eligible for promotion which will be done on the basis of their work ethics as well as the skills along with the experience. The candidates who complete the task before the given deadline and also work efficiently and effectively will be eligible to get promoted to the next level. After promotion, candidates are entitled to a higher pay package and better allowances.
