Hi Harshit Kumar,
You need to apply to HR or training department of NTPC with the training/internship permission letter from your college. You can get a photocopy of it and present it to any of the Training Department available at all the NTPC plants. If the vacancy is there, they will certainly call you. In general, the training are performed in the month of June/ July every year. You can apply to any of your the nearest NTPC plant.
Hope it helps.

Yes, after class 10th, you are eligible to apply for MR Entry, for the posts of Steward, Cook and Hygienist.
However, I suggest that you should complete class 12th (Science Subjects) and apply for Sailors Entry (SSR/AA). Also, if you are good enough academically and English speaking etc., better apply for Officers Entry, after class 12th (PCM) duly securing a rank in JEE, under 10+2 B Tech through INA. Once you are into NDA after successful completion of the three years course, you will be provided with a degree from JNU, Delhi and stipend during the course if I'm not wrong. Based on the wing you choose at the beginning, you will be sent to the corresponding academies after the three-year course. You will be offered a post of Lieutenant Rank after training.

You need to opt for any degree with respect to science or even other streams and later you have to pursue Master's degree. But Master's degree may be optional if you wish to take the exam based on your graduation or else go for Master's degree, then you have to pass with at least 60% as only then you can apply for exams.
