The application form for RRB Group D is on the railway official website or you can apply from common application portal like rrbapply.gov.in
And this application can only submitted online that means there is no offline application process.
The application process for the 2025 is now closed. It was opened from 23 Jan,2025 to 1 Mar, 2025.

The CSBC extended the last date to apply for the Bihar Police Constable exam 2025. Candidates could applied until April 25 instead of April 18, 2025. The last date for fee payment was April 25, 2025.
