Unlike many other aspirants who can dedicate a full year for UPSC preparation, while in the college will have time constraints. So what is very important is your ability to prioritize things. Do only what is extremely important.
Once you have decided that IAS/IPS as your career goal, buy the most necessary books for UPSC preparation.
Don't compromise your newspaper reading irrespective of the time constraints. Once you get into the mood, believe us, it's not that boring. I prefer The Hindu or Indian Express for quality articles. Give importance to editorials and op-ed articles.

MPSC exam stands for Maharastra Public Service Commission and it is conducted in two stages. MPSC state service entrance exam is conducted for diverse cadres.
The class of cadres is classified in following three categories:-
I) Class-I
ii) Class-II
iii) Class-III
MPSC examination are conducted in following two stages:-
1) Preliminary Exam: - Preliminary exam have two paper and they consist General studies, PCM (physics, chemistry and mathematics) and political science.
2) Main Exam: - Main exam have also two paper and they includes English and general studies.
Educational Qualification for MPSC exam:-
Candidate must completed graduation from any recognized university/colleges.
Age limit criteria for MPSC exam: - Candidate age limit should be 33 years for general categories and 5 year relaxation for OBC categories candidate.
