IAS and B.Sc computer science are both different subject. Preparing for IAS involves lot of general studies and also you can choose one specialization after the preliminary. It's just a matter of fact that both the subject are not related too much. Any graduation is required for writing civil service.

You can simply go for B.Sc. You can simultaneously prepare for your UPSC examination. B.Sc will be completed in 3 years and you won't have much study burden.

Hello Sahil,
The examination for becoming an IAS officer, IPS or IFS officers, you need to write UPSC exam. For this, there is no particular degree eligibility. You can do any degree and write this exam. But, it is compulsory to have a degree. Secondly, the questions are mainly from political and geographical aspect. So, you don't have to go for a single degree like B.Tech, B.Sc etc. There is one part of the exam in which you need to choose a subject of your choice. For that, you have many subjects like biology, physics, chemistry, commerce, economics etc.
So, whatever degree you may pursue you can appear for UPSC exam.

Yes, you can. To crack the railway exams, you need better coaching and analytical skills. Be prepared for that before the exams. With B.Tech, you can look for Bank exams as well. The syllabus for Bank and Railway exams are somewhat similar. Best of luck.

For SSC, I will suggest you to study BA rather than B.Sc science. The SSC CGL Syllabus mainly include SSC CGL GK, SSC CGL English, SSC CGL Maths and General Knowledge for SSC CGL
If you wish, you can take B.Sc Mathematics. It will help you a lot.
